Refund Policy

1. Full refund

You get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the license has not been activated on a PC. Request it in My Page or via support.

2. After activation

There is no free trial; the refund window above replaces it. After activation, withdrawal may be limited because this is digital content, except where a software defect prevents normal use.

3. Cancelling Professional

Cancel anytime in My Page.
No further charges after cancellation; access continues until the paid period ends.
The current month is not refunded pro rata unless sections 1 or 2 apply.

4. Processing

Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days. Refunded licenses are cancelled immediately.

5. Governing law

Anything not covered here follows applicable Korean consumer protection law.
