Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Artisan OS software and license sales (the "Service") provided by [Business name] (the "Company").

2. Licenses and pricing

• Professional: KRW 3,000 per month, renewed automatically.
• Life-Time: KRW 55,000, paid once, no renewal.
• Prices include VAT. Price changes are announced 30 days in advance.

3. Registered PC and transfer

• Each license is registered to one PC.
• You can release a PC in My Page and move the license. Releases may be limited to 2 per 30 days.
• A released PC stops working at its next license check (within 14 days).

4. Renewal and cancellation

• Professional renews monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime in My Page and keep access until the paid period ends.
• If a renewal payment fails, we notify you and retry for a period before the license expires.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Your obligations

• Do not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or bypass the license check.
• Do not share or resell licenses.

7. Nature of the Service and liability

• The software changes settings on genuine Windows and does not include Windows.
• All changes are designed to be reversible; backing up important data is recommended.
• Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for issues caused by Windows updates or third-party software.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
